Please leave all required customisation in the notes section at the bottom of the checkout page. Most of our items are made to order, therefore you are able to change the fonts, colours and sizes of most labels. The more detail you give me, the happier I am! How do I arrange sign hire for local events?
Let's chat via the Contact Me tab, email, Facebook, Instagram direct message! I have a PDF range and price list I can send through.
Is there a discount for large orders?
Yes, just shoot me an email or direct message. Some items, such as labels, have discounts applied already.
I am torn between a few fonts?
The trouble is real! But, I am more than happy to do you up some font samples so you know that you're happy with the font! I can do this easily through Facebook or Instagram.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
As items are made to order we do not offer returns or refunds. Please contact us if you have any problems, faults or concern, I will be happy to help where I can!
What is your baby shirt sizing guide? 
How do I care for my labelled items?
All orders come with care instructions. Vinyl labels can be hand washed in warm soapy water, but must not be soaked or put into a dishwasher. The more they are handled, the shorter their lifespan. Heat transferred labels can be restuck using a warm, steamless iron inside out for 15 seconds.
How do I apply the labels?
It is so much easier than you think! All orders come with easy to follow, step by step instructions. Alternatively, there are many youtube tutorials if you search "How To Apply Vinyl Decals". As well as on our Facebook and an Instagram Reel.
