Shipping

Our range is made to order, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched. Australia wide shipping is offered via Australia Post. We do not hold any responsibility for items once dispatched. 

• $3 Standard Letter Postage 

Our labels and some envelope sized personalised products are sent untracked standard letter post, expected to arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch.

• $9 Standard Parcel Postage 

Larger, heavier items are are sent via tracked standard parcel post, expected to arrive within 4-7 business days after dispatch.

• $15 Express

We use Australia Post Express Post, and should arrive 2-3 days once dispatched. If your order is urgent, please contact me. I will do my best to accommodate your request. 

• Pick up 

To arrange pick up from Ningi or Beachmere, Qld (4510), please leave a mobile number or email address so I can message to arrange pick up once your order is ready to go! 

• Returns

Unfortunately as items are customised and made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure to double check all details are correct when placing your custom order. If your product is faulty or if you have any troubles, please email [email protected]
